TourFindr is a music discovery and tour tracking platform that helps fans find concerts and live events for their favorite artists. We aggregate event data from third-party sources including Ticketmaster and SeatGeek. We do not sell tickets and are not responsible for ticketing transactions.

Artists and bands who register on TourFindr to list events agree that all event information submitted is accurate and that they have the right to post such information. TourFindr reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
The TourFindr name, logo, and all content on the platform are owned by TourFindr or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without our express written permission.
Event data is sourced from third-party providers and is subject to their respective terms. TourFindr does not claim ownership of third-party event data.
TourFindr links to third-party ticketing platforms and artist pages. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites. Your interactions with those sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
TourFindr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
Always verify event details directly with the venue or ticketing provider before purchasing tickets.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TourFindr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including missed events, incorrect event data, or ticketing issues.
Certain features (such as band listing plans) are available via paid subscription processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at hello@tourfindr.com with billing questions.
We may suspend or terminate your access to TourFindr at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of TourFindr after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
